If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you can notify me within 7 days of receipt of your jewelry and I will be glad to work with you to ensure your satisfaction whether by repair, swap out, or refund. My goal is for you to be happy with your transaction with me and more than anything to LOVE your new jewelry!! You can send it back to me and I will take care of the problem from there. It needs to be returned within 2 weeks and in the same condition as you received it. Later, if you have problems with your jewelry I really want to hear about so please never hesitate to contact me.
